d2l.Tools.Homepages.Banner.DefaultForOtherOrgUnits	Org	Off	Sets the default value for whether the Homepage Image Banner is displayed by default on org unit homepages that are not courses or the Org. This default value is overridden by any choice made within an org unit using the homepage options.
