Set up Address Book

Enable instructors to turn off Address Book in courses

Enable the following form elements:
- CourseInfo > Address Book
- CourseOfferingInfo > Address Book
- CreateCourse > Address Book
In the Roles and Permissions section, for the Email tool, give applicable instructors the Can Enable the Course's Address Book permission at the course offering level.

Do one of the following:
- In the course that you want to make changes to, click Course Admin > Course Offering Information.
- From the Admin Tools menu, click the Course Management link to search for the course that you want. Click the Offering Name.
Clear the Show course address book check box.
