Tip:The Profession Path tool is particularly effective for organizations and associations with an established competency or standards framework and a content library that includes Brightspace courses, documents, seminars, conferences, or actionable resources. Profession Path utilizes a 4-point Likert scale in the self assessments so you can direct learners to the best resource recommendations based on their response level. |

Important:
- The Profession Path tool requires direct engagement with D2L Implementation Services to enable the tool for your organization. It is a custom add-on to your existing Brightspace package that requires additional implementation steps by D2L.
- Your organization can run the My CPD Records tool along with Profession Path. If enabled, learners can add reflections on learning plan items to My CPD Records from the My Learning Plan page.
