The new quiz evaluation experience for evaluating quiz attempts is enabled by default, and the configuration variable is set to ON.

When ON, it also allows evaluating multiple learners across Assignments, Discussions, and Quizzes.

As of the July 2025 release, the ON (Opt-In) and OFF options are no longer available.
