Portfolio permissions

This is the bullhorn icon used for warnings.

Important: D2L recommends you use caution when changing the roles and permissions for the Portfolio tool. Editing a permission propagates the change to everyone who currently has the affected role or permission.

Setting	Expected Behavior
Can Access the Portfolio Instructor View	Applicable Org Unit Type: Organization Allows users to: View the Portfolio tool as an instructor role. Users will see: The Portfolio tool as an instructor. Also Required: N/A
Can Create Portfolio School Tags	Applicable Org Unit Type: Organization Allows users to: Create categories to classify evidence collected from learners, based on the specific requirements of the organization. Users will see: The Portfolio Category Management option from Admin Tools. Also Required: N/A
Student Portfolio Access	Applicable Org Unit Type: Organization Allows users to: View the Portfolio tool as a learner role. Users will see: The My Portfolio option from the username menu. Also Required: N/A
Can Add Assignment Submissions to Portfolio	Applicable Org Unit Type: Organization Allows users to: Add an assignment submission to Portfolio from the Assignments tool. Users will see: +Add to Portfolio from the Users tab of an assignment in the Assignments tool. Also Required: N/A
