Documentation changes for administrators

Updated the LTI registration: Brightspace to Canvas topic to include instructions on how to find the course LTI launch link and the correct Audience URI.
Updated the About Data Hub topic to remove remaining exceptions to the default data limit.
Updated the Content data sets topic to add the new AIUtilization column to the Content Objects BDS.
Updated the Content data sets topic to add the new Version, LastModifiedBy, IsDeleted, AutomaticDateCompleted, and ManualDateCompleted columns to the Content User Completion BDS, and to update the note about its data limit.
Updated the Course Copy data sets topic to add the new StatusId column to the Course Copy Logs BDS.
Updated the Grades data sets topic to make changes to the Grade Objects BDS:
- New ToolId and Version columns.
- Changed OrgUnitId, TypeName, and IsDeleted from nullable to non-nullable.
- Simplified the description of the IsAutoPointed column.
Updated the Outcomes data sets topic to add the new AIUtilization column to the Outcomes Aligned to Tool Objects BDS.
Updated the Outcomes data sets topic to add the new AchievedLevelId column to the Outcomes Assessed Checkpoints BDS.
Updated the Rubrics data sets topic to change the size of the Name column from 256 to 500 in the Rubric Object Criteria BDS.
Updated the Grades configuration variables topic to include the new d2l.Tools.Grades.StudentGradePreviewSetting configuration variable.
The Using Brightspace Extensions with integrations and connected applications topic has been moved from the Administrator knowledge base to the Integrations knowledge base to better align with the type of content contained therein.
Updated the Accessing help with Lumi Chat and About Lumi Chat topics to include the new capabilities of Lumi Chat, which include generative AI and CSAT Surveys.
Updated the About D2L Lumi Pro for Brightspace topic to include the regions where D2L Lumi Outcome Alignment for Assignments is available.
Removed the Class Engagement topic from the Administrator documentation. This information can now be found in Class Engagement interface overview in the Instructor documentation.
Removed the Course Overview Widget topic from the Administrator documentation. This information can now be found in Easily access analytics about learners and your course in the Instructor documentation.
Created the About My CPD Records, Set up My CPD Records, My CPD Records configuration variables, and My CPD Records permissions topics for the launch of the new My CPD Records tool.
Removed the Homepage Widget Expansion Pack topic due to the end of life status of the Custom Hosted Widgets and the Custom Hosted Widget Replacement Service. More information is available in the blog post Homepage Widget Expansion Pack Widgets - Upgrading from the Custom Hosted Widgets on Brightspace Community. Information about the current system widgets is available in the Homepage Widget Expansion Pack topic in the Instructor documentation.
Updated the Deploy and modify the Multi-Profile Widget topic with steps to add the widget to the homepage.
Updated the Editing the widgets on a homepage topic with steps to edit widgets on a homepage.
Updated the Enroll users topic to add more scenarios.

Updated the Creator+ data sets topic to correct the nullability of the ProviderObjectId column in the Creator+ Practices Adoption data set.
Updated the Grades data sets topic to correct the nullability of the OrgUnitId column in the Grade Schemes data set.
Updated the Use IPSIS OneRoster with Brightspace Parent & Guardian topic to correct the link to the REST mapping values section.
Updated the Set up the new SCORM solution topic to fix the list of required permissions.
Updated the Audio Capture permissions, IPSIS Administration permissions, and IPSIS Section Association permissions topics to change the reference table to a more accessible two-column format.
Updated the File Upload configuration variables topic to update the definition for d2l.Tools.FileUpload.HasFileUploadConfirm.
Updated the Set up and use Anthology Ally (previously Blackboard Ally) to improve accessibility of courses topic to remove an obsolete configuration variable.
Updated the Users permissions topic to remove an obsolete permission, add the Reset the Users' Passwords in the Edit Tool permission, and update the details for the Send Users a Password Reset Link permission.
Updated the About Course Publisher topic to add information about grade passback.
Created the Synchronize host and recipient LMS grades with Course Publisher topic to add information about functionality and the workflow for enabling Intermediate Grade Passback.\
Updated the About Brightspace Creator+ topic to add information about using H5P (HTML5 Package) with Creator+ and the new layout for the Other Insert Options menu in Brightspace Editor.
Updated the Manage Extensibility permissions topic with permission name change.
Updated the Content configuration variables topic to update references to refer to Content pages instead of HTML Content.
Updated the Manage Extensibility permissions topic with permission name change.
Updated the Creating Reports using Analytics Builder topic to include more information about the Dataset properties tabs in the figure text under the image in step 4 of the To create a new report using Analytics Builder workflow.
