LE configuration variables

d2l.Tools.LE.Access. BasicAccessShowsHiddenObjects	OrgUnit	OFF	If true, basic access to object information will be granted to users when objects are hidden.
d2l.Tools.LE.AllowBulkFeedback	OrgUnit	OFF	When enabled, instructors can provide feedback to multiple learners at once on the Assignment and Discussion submission pages. In three months (July 2025) this configuration variable will be set to ON with the option to opt out. In six months (October 2025) this functionality will be turned on by default and this configuration variable will be removed.
