View D2L Link

Applicable Org Unit Type: All

Allows users to: See the read-only D2L Link dashboard and read-only logs and lookup tables.

Users will see: In Admin tools, the Manage D2L Link option appears in the Product/Tool Administration section. When you select the Manage D2L Link option, the D2L Link Main Dashboard displays the Dashboard, Projects, Logs and Lookup Tables tabs.

Manage Lookup Tables

Applicable Org Unit Type: All

Allows users to: Add, remove, and edit entries in logs and lookup tables.
Note: Logs and lookup tables cannot be created or deleted.

Users will see: Options to add, remove, and edit entries in the Logs and the Lookup Tables tabs.
