Once you have completed all setup for Distributed Administration, a Sub-org administrator can access the Sub-org unit homepage and complete delegated tasks. This page gives an example of a how the Sub-org unit homepage appears to a Sub-org administrator.
How Sub-org unit access works
In Distributed Administration, Sub-org administrators do not work from the Organization homepage as org administrators do. Instead, they must move from the organization homepage into their assigned Sub-org unit and then open tools from that Sub-org unit context.
This distinction is important because the same user can see different tools, templates, semesters, and options depending on where the tool is opened.
