You can access the Users tool and use it to review information about individual users. Specifically, you can review a log of enrollments associated with a user and track the login history of specific users.
View a user's Enrolment Log
You can view a log of all enrollments for a specific user.
To view a user's Enrolment Log
- From the Admin Tools menu, click Users.
- On the Users page, click the context menu of the user you want to edit.
- Select View User Enrolment Log.

- Optionally, search for specific criteria and review the information.
Track user logins
You can also track user login activity with the Users tool.
To track user logins
- From the Admin Tools menu, click Users.
- On the Users page, click the context menu of the user you want to edit.
- Select View User Tracking.

- Search for an IP Address and review the Login Date, IP Address, and Days Off for each line item.
