Use the Locations tool to create and manage locations for the entire organization. You can only create locations at the organization level.
To create a location
- From the Admin Tools menu, click Locations.
- On the Locations page at the organization level, click Create Location.

- In the opened window, populate the following fields:
- In the Name field, enter the name of the room location.
- In the Building field, enter the name of the building.
- Click Save.
