Summary
In Brightspace, using the new “Groups – Bulk enroll and unenroll users by CSV file import” feature, a green “Complete” progress bar may appear before a large import file has finished processing. The import job still completes successfully but only partial results will appear in Brightspace until the import has completed.
This issue applies to the new Groups Import feature available as of Brightspace 20.25.7.17947.

Work Around:
As a workaround to this issue: Wait a few minutes before using the “See Import Results” button to view the results or before verifying the list of enrollments in Manage Groups.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Reproducibility - the timing depends on the size of the import file being uploaded
- Visit Manage Groups tool.
- Select Import button.
- Choose group category and select CSV file of enrollment actions to upload.
- When starting the import process, notice that the green 100% progress bar appears immediately, even if a large file needs to be processed.
- Select the See Import Results button.
- Notice that the results may not show for all rows in the file immediately.
- If you reload the page after a few minutes, or visit the groups list after a few minutes, notice that all enrollment actions have been completed successfully.
