You can set up how the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) tool is presented to users. For example, you can manage some required fields that users must complete and add new custom fields.
CPD is a tool that allows you to set professional development targets across a set of subjects, it also enables you to:
- Track hours needed for associations to retain professional accreditation.
- Receive credit for training that occurs both internally and externally.
- Capture learning that occurs after goal setting with a mentor or advisor.
CPD is connected to other Brightspace tools, including:
- Manager Dashboard for support of a reporting structure where managers can view their teams' targets and progress.
- Awards for earning credits and converting earned awards into professional development.
