Using the Multi-Profile Widget

The Multi-Profile Widget allows you to introduce yourself and your team to your learners. The system widget retrieves user information from User Profiles and the Classlist to display a list of users in the course and their roles to learners.

This is the paper note and pencil icon used for notes.

Note: The Multi-Profile Widget is part of the Homepage Widget Expansion Pack. Contact your administrator to assist you in deploying and setting up the Multi-Profile widget. Refer to Deploy and modify the Multi-Profile Widget for details.

Set user display in the Multi-Profile widget

You can choose which users display in the Multi-Profile widget.

To user display in the widget

Locate the Multi-Profile widget on your homepage.
Click open multi-profile tools (...) and select Update User Settings.
From the User Visibility tab, toggle the Visibility of any User you want displayed by the widget.
From the User Order tab, click the Order drop-down menus to select an order value for each User.
Click Save and Close.
