Documentation changes for K12 teachers

Updated the Add or import standards topic with a new About the template columns section.
Updated the About Content topic to remove an obsolete configuration variable.
Updated the About Release Conditions topics with new Score on associated outcome release condition.
Updated the About Brightspace Creator+ topic to add information about using H5P (HTML5 Package) with Creator+ and the new layout for the Other Insert Options menu in Brightspace Editor.
Updated the Using the Creator+ features of Brightspace Editor topic to add the workflow for using H5P (HTML5 Package) Interactives and updated images to show the new layout for the Other Insert Options menu.
Updated the Create an assignment topic to include information about preventing sections without evaluators in Advanced Assessments.
Updated the Import and manage SCORM topic to include information about replacing a SCORM object.

Updated the Associate course content with Standards, Use templates in Content, Using the Creator+ features of Brightspace Editor, and What types of files can I use for course content? topics to rename HTML Document to Page.
Added the new Welcome to the K-12 Teacher Knowledge Base topic. The addition of this topic is part of a larger reorganization of the Teacher Documentation (K12) knowledge base into Brightspace tool categories.
Renamed the Content experiences topic to About Content. Update your bookmarks accordingly.
Updated the Notify learners about updated course content topic title to Notify users about updated course content. Update your bookmarks accordingly.
Removed mention of New Assignment Creation Experience and New Assignment Evaluation Experience from all topics as the newest experience is the only available experience.
Updated the About Rubrics topic to include additional information about using rubrics with release conditions.
Updated the Add and organize learning materials in the Classic Content experience topic to remove a reference to the Chat tool, which has reached it’s EOL milestone.
Updated the About course administration topic to remove a reference to the Chat tool, which has reached it’s EOL milestone.
Updated the About Import/Export/Copy Components topic to remove a reference to the Chat tool, which has reached it’s EOL milestone
Updated the About Brightspace Editor topic with information about the absolute path warning.
Created the Generate learning outcome alignments for assignments using D2L Lumi Outcome topic.
Updated the Create an assignment topic to include information about the new configuration variable for Advanced Assessments.
