To log in to Brightspace Parent & Guardian, the school’s Brightspace administrator provides parents and guardians with a URL or name for the school's Brightspace, and a Brightspace username and password.
To log in to the web application
- From a supported browser on their desktop computer or device, parents and guardians navigate to the URL for the school's Brightspace.
- They enter their Brightspace username and password.
To log out of the web application
- From the navbar, parents and guardians click their user profile.
- They select Log Out.
To log in to the mobile app
- From their device, parents and guardians tap the
Brightspace Pulse icon.
- They can learn more about Brightspace Pulse by swiping left or right, or proceed to the next step by tapping Next.
- They type the name or URL for the school's or district's Brightspace.
- In the Login as dialog, they select Parents/Guardians.
- They enter their Brightspace username and password.
- After logging in, they select the child whose information they want to access.
To log out of the mobile app
- From the top of the mobile app, parents and guardians tap the school logo.
- They tap Settings.
- They tap Sign Out of All Accounts.
