Create FAQ questions and categories

FAQ questions and answers are organized into categories, and all questions and answers must belong to a category.

Create an FAQ category

Navigate to the FAQ tool.
On the Manage FAQ page, click New Category.

Enter your category details.
Click Save.

You have created an FAQ category.

Create an FAQ question

Navigate to the FAQ tool.
On the Manage FAQ page, click New Question.

Select a category from the drop-down list.

Enter your question and answer details.
Click Save.
