You must follow your specific institution’s process to enroll in a course, unenroll from a course, or investigate why you are not enrolled in a specific course. You cannot directly enroll in or unenroll from a course using Brightspace. Instead, you must contact your institution to learn more about their course enrollment process.
Course not visible in Brightspace
If you cannot find your course in Brightspace, you may not be correctly enrolled in that course or that course has been set to become visible to you at a later date. Contact your course instructor or institution help desk to investigate and resolve the issue.
Access your course after you are enrolled
Once you have successfully been enrolled in a course by your institution, you can Navigate Brightspace and find your course.
