Class Progress: System Access
I have an instructor with a student who has completed very little of his class in Class Progress: When the instructor views System Access, this is what it reads: Why does the System Access say he's never visited? Isn't the term "system" mean all of the learning platform?

Is it possible for learners to pick 4 out of 5 questions to complete?
In Brightspace, is it possible to set 5 written questions but have learners only attempt 4 questions (manually chosen by learner)? i.e. The quiz format would offer 5 questions. Learner is able to make the choice to select 4 questions (25 marks each) to do. Total mark should reflect 100 marks.

Learners Cannot See Rubrics
We discovered today that students cannot see rubrics attached to discussions or assignments (dropbox). Instructors do not have the "create" button in the awards tool.
What is the variable for instructors to see the option to create a new award in a course? My instructors can see the "add" button, but the create button is missing.

Product Idea Exchange tool broken?
The Product Idea Exchange tool in Brightspace Community appears to be broken. When I try to use it, I am taken to a screen that reports: Unavailable Quicklink The External Learning Tool is not available. Can this be fixed? I had a proposal for a feature.
