We are using rubric-based feedback, and I am looking for ways to reduce the number of clicks. I am hoping that the following is either already available (and I just haven't found it yet), or that these might be put on the list to be added for ease of use. Right now, this process is unnecessarily burdensome. - Filter the…
I saved an assignment score (with a rubric) as draft, but release conditions are being evaluated for it? Is this a bug or by design? I have an Award associated with the release condition, "User achieves a score of Level 3 on Rubric X". I evaluated the assignments, but SAVED THEM AS DRAFT. Now users are receiving their…
Hello - I am a systems administrator for an online university. I have been looking for a way to allow some students to audit a course while others are taking it for a grade. In these cases, the student would enroll to access the content, but would not engage or be graded. Currently, our rubric is set up so that a student…
I have a late policy in my syllabus that states a student will lose x% per day late. I was wondering if there was a way to automatically do this in assignments or discussion rubrics? Thanks!

We need to export marked rubrics to PDF for external moderation purposes. We always have two different rubrics attached to our assessments. To create the PDF, we pop the rubrics out into the Assess Rubrics for <student name> window, and then using the browser function to print to PDF. When we do that, the two rubrics…
HELP. I'm trying to delete a rubric in D2L and there is no box before the rubric on the page. How do I get that box back so I can click and delete:
I see from the help documentation that you can now add rubrics to written response questions, but I don't seem to have that option when I am adding a question. Does this need to be enabled somewhere?
When grading, I can't see the rubric to use to assess the question. When I go to manage the quiz, the rubric is definitely attached to the question. When managing the rubric, it is definitely published. But when I go to grade an attempt, the rubric is not there.
