Hi, As part of testing, we moved a user from super admin role to instructor role. But then when we wanted to change it back to super admin, unable to do so, only maximum we can make the user admin. Wanted to know any reason why this is happening?

I use a third party app. I download .csv that has two columns, student emails and a number value. Student emails match those in D2L. How can I upload these scores into D2L using only the email address?

My "administrator" role doesn't allow survey reports in courses, but it has all of the access in roles in permissions. I compared the "faculty" role permissions under the survey, and they can do it, but have less access. Is this a bug? Anyone else having issues with that?

Is it possible to export an Intelligent Agents report to excel/csv?
Case scenario: I've done a practice run with the Intelligent Agents tool to identify users based off a certain criteria. I want to extract the report into excel/csv for filtering and data reporting.
