I cannot seem to find a way to delete the inactive and old courses developed for our faculty. As a result, there is a lot of "tile clutter" when some of our faculty login. If there is a way to delete the old courses, please let me know.

I am getting a failed status, when I use the Data Purge tool. I have no problem setting up the queue. My audit trail it looks like this.. Does that mean that an archive directory path is not set up for our Org? Thanks.
When you have a purge task queued and it says that it is 85%, or some other percentage, it appears that the job stalls. The time and date stamp on the job just states the last time it was updated. After several days it still says the same. Is there an issue and what can I check to see if it has stalled ?
