I am getting a failed status, when I use the Data Purge tool. I have no problem setting up the queue.
My audit trail it looks like this.. Does that mean that an archive directory path is not set up for our Org?
For this issue best to open a case with the D2L Support team who can verify if the Data Purge tool has been configured correctly in your Brightspace environment.

Chris is correct, please send a Case to D2L Support. The error "System failed moving archive to archive directory" can only be by the D2L Support team. The error could be due to several possible reasons
