Ability to export a title list of courses from a term
Hi Brightspace Community, I am looking for a way to export a title list of courses from a term in Brightspace. For example, all the class course titles for Spring of 2026. I am not seeing anything in the Data Hub that includes course titles. Thanks for any input.

Are you able to retrieve survey data from an unenrolled users
I am looking to keep survey data from users that are unenrolled by intelligent agents after a period of non-activity. Do I have to renroll those students to get their survey data? I am looking at it through analytics builder (not within the course shell itself) and in the builder output I can see the unenrolled students…

"Password Reset" function no longer working
I have been having many Learners email me for assistance in resetting their passwords on their accounts. They try to use the "password reset" option, but never receive any links, and so they come to me for help. Each time, I now need to go into their profile and manually reset their password.
