Why isn’t the xAPI score of 0 being reported in the grade book?
Hello, I have published the xAPI-compliant e-learning modules in Rise 360. When learners score 0, this mark does not appear in the grade book. However, the score is clearly shown in the SCORM report. Why does Brightspace not recognise the score of 0 (fail) in the grade book? Many thanks for your help.
