Is there a way to trace who locked, disabled, or enabled an account? How can I find out who made these changes? Also, are there situations where the system might automatically lock, disable, or enable an account? If so, under what circumstances does that happen?

I have other courses that i need to save for a later date. Do i have to store old course information locally or is there a place on Brightspace?
If you identify your athletes in Brightspace, how do you do that? Our Athletic Commission is asking for this and to attach the student athlete's game schedule for instructors to be aware and be better able to work around it. Solutions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
