In either classic or new content experience, if we create our syllabi using the Brightspace HTML tools - can we then export the syllabi in a format that could be uploaded to a database?

    Hello, Carlos, how are you?

Normally, the syllabi are uploaded as PDF files, which would make them unsuitable to be uploaded to a database. When you mention creating your syllabi using Brightspace HTML tools, do you mean that you would be uploading the file syllabus as an HTML file instead?

In that case, there's an API call that you can use to retrieve the syllabi files so that you could use them in a database.

D2L also has a partner called Simply Syllabus that allows for a comprehensive and straightforward management of all syllabi in your organization, as well as allowing for easier reporting about how the syllabi are being used.

I hope you have found this information to be useful. Please, let me know if you have any additional questions, okay?
