Multiple rubrics print over each other

We need to export marked rubrics to PDF for external moderation purposes. We always have two different rubrics attached to our assessments.

To create the PDF, we pop the rubrics out into the Assess Rubrics for <student name> window, and then using the browser function to print to PDF. When we do that, the two rubrics appear rendered over each other on the same page, resulting in a very messy PDF with some of the data not visible. We have tried Chrome and Edge - same result.

We then tried to select the rubric text and print selected only. It looks better, but then the criterion scores are not printed, making it unusable. Copying and pasting the text into Word also doesn't bring along the criterion scores. It is almost like the scores are on a different layer that doesn't get selected.

Printing from the Assignment Evaluation page has the same issues in terms of overlapping content or no scores.

Has anybody found a workaround?

    Hi Hermien,

When there's a combination of rubrics, saving as PDF causes the text to overlap and it makes the text unreadable. I was able to confirm this across web browsers.

At this moment, I have not been able to find a workaround for this bug.

I would recommend submitting a case to the Support Helpdesk, as this can be a potential defect.

    Best regards,

    Gabriel
