Case scenario: I've done a practice run with the Intelligent Agents tool to identify users based off a certain criteria. I want to extract the report into excel/csv for filtering and data reporting. Is there a way to export the IA reports via the Brightspace UI? Or must I go to the dataset level to extract it? Thank you.

Do I need to set a Frequency for an Intelligent Agent to run when the criteria is 'Has not completed an attempt on the quiz', or will it run automatically when the quiz end date is reached?
I am not able to edit an intelligent agent once it has been activated. My understanding is that this is an unexpected behaviour. The screenshot below shows what I see when I try to edit an IA. I am enrolled in this course as an Instructor. I am also a Super Admin.
