Suggested results in question workflows
Select the Ask a Question button anywhere in Community. As you type your question, you'll be presented with answers that are searched on your behalf in the Suggested Results panel.

Community announcement banners
Staying up-to-date with essential news is much easier thanks to new announcement banners. You'll see announcements appear across Community to alert you to new actions or content that may be of interest.

Approved Support Contact (ASC) homepage known issues automated search (English only)
After selecting the ASC Support Portal Button, Known or Fixed Issues connected to the case summary details you've typed are presented in a new filter labelled Known/Fixed Issues. This filter will display the number of found known and fixed issues that are connected to the case summary details you've typed. Select the Filter found in the Suggested Solutions panel to view all found known and fixed issues related to your case summary details.

Learning Center course filters in Community search via course tags
After entering your search, click the Learning Center content type to find all Learning Center courses related to your search. Use the new Course Tag options to filter courses specific to your interests, like Downloadable Content.

Provide documentation article feedback
Use the new feedback feature to vote and write feedback on any Community article. Under the Was this article helpful? message, select Yes or No and a feedback pop-up appears where you can write your thoughts. Click Submit Feedback to send your feedback to us.

Event tags for Group or Community-wide events
Easily identify Group-specific or Community-wide events using the new tags in your search experience. After typing in your search query, select the Events content type. All events shown on the search results page will indicate if the event is group-specific (ex. D2L EMEA Group Event) or Community-wide.

Faster access to the best answers
Community discussions now have an Accepted tag on question results, so you can quickly find the most reliable answers to your Brightspace inquiries. You will also be able to find all comments related to questions in your search. To easily find discussions with the Accepted tag, select the Discussions content type to search through all Community discussions only and select the Accepted filter from the Discussion Status list.

Persistent saved filters
Maintain your selected search filters on the search results page even when switching content sources. For example, if you switch your search from the Articles tag to the Discussions tag, your filters for areas like categories do not change.
