Request Profile Deletion
Send our team an email at questions@community.d2l.com with the following information:
- Confirm the name and email associated with your Brightspace Community account
- Let us know what you'd like us to do:
- make your profile inactive (which means you'll no longer be able to login to your account, but your prior questions and comments will be retained on the Community site)
- or remove all data (which means your profile and prior contributions to the site will be erased)
📝 Note: if you choose to remove all of your data, your past contributions here will no longer be able to assist fellow administrators or instructors, and may result in larger discussion threads being erased from the Community.
Your community profile deletion request is subject to certain exemptions to safeguard the public interest (e.g. the prevention or detection of crime) and our interests (e.g. the maintenance of legal privilege). If you contact us to delete your ommunity profile, we will verify your request and respond within thirty days.
