The Profession Path tool features a Self Assessment area that provides the ability to assess yourself against professional standards and benchmarks and receive recommendations for development based on your level.
Complete a self assessment for a level that best matches your current job role. If you want to develop towards the next level, choose a higher level. After you complete the self assessment, a list of recommendations for further learning, resources and actions is generated for you to add to your custom learning plan. After completing a self assessment, you can access the recommendations result at any time.
Self assessments allow you to rate your proficiency as follows:
- Emerging: Initial understanding and competency
- Developing: Partial understanding
- Proficient: Competent understanding
- Exceeding: Sophisticated understanding
