In the Mail templates, there's one for Award Earned Notification. Is there a way to turn this off? We'd prefer to use an Intelligent Agent to notify users.

I would have expected information about the associated config variable to be in here too. Or to be referenced in https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/4283-set-up-mail-templates .

You will see the change when we republish our documentation on July 4.
We would like users to receive award emails by default, but also have the option to turn these emails off themselves through Users > Notifications. Is this already possible in any way?
