Rubric attached to WR question

When grading, I can't see the rubric to use to assess the question. When I go to manage the quiz, the rubric is definitely attached to the question. When managing the rubric, it is definitely published. But when I go to grade an attempt, the rubric is not there.

    You mentioned that the rubric is attached to the quiz question. Can you please confirm that the quiz question type is a written response question? Also, can you please confirm you are using the new quiz evaluation experience, the rubrics is only available with the new experience.

    The view of the new evaluation experience should look similar to the one below

    Thanks. I can confirm both things: the quiz question is a WR question, and I am using the new quiz evaluation experience. I have seen what it looks like when it works correctly because I did it earlier this year in the same class. I am trying to do everything exactly the same as when it worked.

    Thank you for the confirmation that it's a WR question and the New Quiz Evaluation experience is enabled.

    It seems that something else might be the cause here. I think it would be a good idea to have a support agent take a closer look, especially since it worked for you in the past.
