LMS flicker at bottom of page – ASX101-D only (other ASX101 classes OK)
Hi Service Desk team,
We’re seeing a recurring flicker at the bottom of the ASX101-D class page in the LMS for my colleague MS Cai Shi Ying in NYP
The issue does not reproduce in other ASX101 classes via the same dropdown.
Steps: Navigate to ASX101-D ➜ [subpage], scroll to bottom → page flickers rapidly.
Impact: Content at the end of the page is hard to read/interact with.
Environment: [browser version, OS, role].
Could you help triage and advise a fix or interim workaround?

It appears you may need some troubleshooting assistance.
Depending on your level of service, there are various paths to engaging D2L Support.
All D2L Customers, however, should have some level of administrative support. Your designated Approved Support Contact (ASC) should be able to either
- email helpdesk@d2l .com with the email address associated with their ASC contact
- Create a Case directly via the ASC Support Portal in Brightspace Community
Additionally, depending on the level of service included in your subscription to Brightspace, there may be other channels available to your ASC or end users for engaging support.
Finally, I would recommend reviewing our Case Creation Checklist to ensure your case includes sufficient detail, which can help expedite resolution.
