Are we able to include parents as recipients in the Intelligent Agent emails?

    Hi Frank!

    Agents can be used for the Parent role; however, you are likely going to have to set different agents for Parents from your learners. Here is how to create agents. As you can see, you can choose to have an agent run for all users that are visible in the class list OR users with a specific role.

    In my experience, most institutions do not have parents visible in the class list, so this is why you will likely need to create a separate IA for the parent users.
