New Product Idea Exchange - how long until an idea is unhidden?
Hi,
When a new idea is logged on the new implementation of PIE, it is hidden to start off with. How long can we expect it to take to moderate an idea and make it visible?
If an idea is not accepted and won't ever be made visible, how would we know?

Hello! The new PIE process does keep all new PIE submissions private until they have gone through an initial review. As part of this review, the product team will ensure the submission meets the PIE guidelines.
Once the initial review is competed, the product manager will assign a status and the idea - if it meets the PIE guidelines - will become public. Here's more info on the new PIE statuses:
The PIE submitter will always be notified when changes to their submission are made. If the submission does not meet guidelines it will be closed and remain private but the submitter is encouraged to resubmit their idea in the format which meets the following guidelines:
In relaunching the Enhanced PIE Experience we've made a lot of internal processes changes. To give our internal teams time to adapt to the new processes and for us to gauge the volume of PIE submissions we're not currently publishing a timeframe for the initial review. Rest assured, our internal teams are in PIE weekly, reviewing the many great ideas being shared.
