I might also recommend checking out the Instructional Design Best Practices Group- they do a WONDERFUL job of updating content regularly to share about important Instructional Design practices that have a real impact on the Learner Experience. I'd also recommend checking out the Brightspace Learning Center. It offers a tonne of free courses and teaching tools presented in Brightspace, that help you learn more about all things Brightspace from Development to Accessibility considerations!
