Is there a way to know if a student viewed the instructor's comment for a submitted grade?

I have been having the same issue with comments on assignments not saving all semester. (I was hoping the issue would be addressed soon, but it is still ongoing). It happens quite frequently: if I don't save my comments separately, they disappear shortly after being entered as comment bubbles around half of the time. When the comments are entered a second time, they usually then save. The issue is not associated with changing tabs. I agree with the above assessment that the issue appears to be with the server.
I would very much appreciate someone from the Brightspace team looking into the issue, as it is significantly undermining my ability to use Brightspace for grading.

Media Library - for images to use across courses
Does anyone use Media library to store images that can be used across courses?
We have just been having a play with this.
But when we go to "Insert Stuff" "Media Library" then insert the image into our content. The content editor isn't recognising as an image so we can't then add alt text or mark as decorative.
Is there a way to still use media library but insert as an image?

After experimenting with this at length, I have two things to say. One, it is possible to embed images in both File Submission and Text Submission assignment types without having to enable permissions for students to upload to the File Manager. But two, it is not at all straightforward. In my opinion, the workflows required to make this happen reveal serious limitations, inconsistencies, and gaps in the underlying architecture of the Assignments tool.
I started to write a more comprehensive response, but it got too complicated. If someone from the development team is interested in what I found, they're welcome to get in touch.

Hi Carli,
Depending on how you have grouped or tagged course offerings as belonging to a program you can find the information necessary in the Data Hub. The following datasets will be useful in building the Bulk User Management file:
- - filter out the courses belonging to a parent Program org unit
- Enrollments and Withdrawals - filter out learners who are enrolled into the course offerings you wish to unenrol them from

Corelate file on dropbox with quiz answer
Hello, I need to get from API the exact file that was upload as answer to a question.
I alredy use the API, and I was able to find the files on dropbox but I couldnt find a way to know which file was upload as answer to an specific question.
I had a quizz with two quetions where the user send two files one for each, and now I need to get this files and send then to another application, but I need to know which file correspond to each question.
