Product Idea Exchange (PIE) is a space where our Community members who use D2L Brightspace can share ideas and feedback to help us enhance our Brightspace tools. It's a platform set up for you to have a direct impact on the tools you use every day.

Who Can Access PIE?
PIE is exclusively available for access and use for D2L Community Members who are currently using Brightspace. If you want to sign up as a member today, check out this quick tutorial – it’s free and only takes a couple of minutes to set up.
‼️ IMPORTANT: Choose your organization from the dropdown menu on the signup page. This will ensure you have the complete experience that your organization offers. If you manually type in your organization's name, it will not be recognized as the organization account.
I’m signed up for Brightspace Community, but I’m not able to access PIE.
Ensure you are logged into Brightspace Community before accessing PIE, as membership is required.

Where Can I Find PIE?
To access PIE, follow these steps:
- Ensure you are logged into Brightspace Community — you must be logged in to proceed.
- In the navigation bar, hover over Resources.
- Under Extend, you’ll find the Product Idea Exchange link that will open a new window and take you to PIE.
You can also find the platform in the Quick Links widget on the homepage.
Take a look around to see what kind of ideas our users have shared so far. If there’s an idea that you find interesting, click on it and add your input in the comment section.
