Course Access

Help me

I have a user who has completed all of the required topics and has successfully submitted and scored 100 for passing. However, the Course Completion status is sitting at "Pending Evaluation" or "Not Attempted". There is nothing else to submit. The course completion should be manually graded. What else am I missing? Thanks

When archiving courses, is there a way to access the class list and completion records from these courses without restoring the course? If not, are there any downsides to restoring the course provided you have end dated it? Would the course show up again on the enrolled users main screen?

I have an instructor with a student who has completed very little of his class in Class Progress: When the instructor views System Access, this is what it reads: Why does the System Access say he's never visited? Isn't the term "system" mean all of the learning platform?

Created learning modules by uploaded videos created in Microsoft Teams using the Media Library and "optimize for streaming." While the videos play and can be paused users can’t fast-forward, which is a problem for learners who only need to review specific sections of the video. Additionally, videos created as a new unit…

Hi everyone, We’re looking to create backups of the courses we’ve built in Brightspace, in case we move to another platform in the future. Could anyone advise on the best way to download/export courses so they can be stored and potentially reused elsewhere? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello Team, We are working on a requirement to integrate a third-party accessibility tool in our Brightspace environment. This integration requires loading a custom JavaScript file across course pages. We have had a number of students frustrated when trying to find course resources. They have requested a search function within the course to enable them to search for resources, documents etc. Is this a possibility? I can't find anything to suggest it is.

Dear Brightspace Community, We are the new adaptors of the D2L Brightspace LMS. We will be creating our courses soon but we would like to know if there are any templates for the courses in the system that we could use initially. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Rakesh

We have had an issue where users have been able to register for a course that was not intended for them to access (we have two different user roles for learners, to differentiate between two stages of career). How do I access my courses at Purdue global?

I'm trying to set up a course that will be offered virtually at a later date. Folks often request to be added to our waitlist, which is currently managed by an external spreadsheet rather than on Brightspace under the course itself. Is there a way of managing a waitlist directly on Brightspace?
