Course Status is Pending Evaluation
I have a user who has completed all of the required topics and has successfully submitted and scored 100 for passing. However, the Course Completion status is sitting at "Pending Evaluation" or "Not Attempted". There is nothing else to submit. The course completion should be manually graded. What else am I missing? Thanks

Annual Rollover Archiving Courses
When archiving courses, is there a way to access the class list and completion records from these courses without restoring the course? If not, are there any downsides to restoring the course provided you have end dated it? Would the course show up again on the enrolled users main screen?
