Hi I was looking to enroll to take the CFP canada course to become a Certified Finacial Planner (https://www.fpcanada.ca/). I am looking to access the course form abroad before moving to Canada to sit the exam. The help team there have said they are not sure if I will be able to access the course from abroad and that it uses Brightspace.

Any advice on this would be really appreciated.

Honestly, I feel like this is a question that deals more-so with the course rules and regulations on FPCanada's end, not Brightspace's. We offer courses all over the world, so global access shouldn't be an issue, however you should follow-up with the help team and explain your situation and ask if there are any rules pertaining to non-local course access on their end.
