Single Sign ON Account
I signed in and made a password but can't see how to set up single sign on. In the directions, everything i click is a picture and not a link that will take me where I need to go….

The Instructional Design Best Practices Group’s Escape Room For Gamified Learning - Brightspace
My university's Brightspace support person has put in a ticket as he believes I should be able to access this as well after setting up an account but I keep getting a "Not authorized" message. Can you help with this specific request.

We can confirm that you have successfully registered your email with us. However, it seems that you have manually entered the name of your organization instead of selecting it from the dropdown list during registration. To access the D2L Academy, members are required to select their organization from the dropdown list on the registration page. You can update your profile following the steps outlined in this article – I can’t connect to PIE or D2L Academy.
