Creating a T Chart in a Quiz

Would there be a way to create a T Chart in a quiz question that students could directly type their answers into? This is for an accounting class.

    Currently, there is no direct way to insert a T Chart in a quiz to be filled out by students as none of the quiz question types support this functionality.
