One of the faculty member wants us to migrate the class list of (PHRM-B) into (PHRM-A) so that the professor only has to update one site with class materials.
Please let me know how to achieve in D2L Brightspace.

This is definitely possible in Brightspace, and is normally referred to as a Section Association or Course Merge.
It really depends on what sort of SIS you have connected to your system, and how that data is brought into Brightspace for what you can do. A lot of our customers use IPSIS or D2L Standard CSV.
