I requested WBC course via Brightspace. I got them as MASTER Shells. How do I convert this as Learn Shell for the course assigned to where I could register students complete with grade book and everything else just like what I have from Red River College.

Thank you for your question.

I believe the Master Shell you are referring to is a Course Template, and the Learning Shell you are referring to is the Course Offering.

To transfer all the content from the Master Shell to the Course Offering, you will first need to create the Course Offering. Once the Course Offering has been created, you can copy the content from the Master Shell by following these steps:

1. Open the empty Learning Shell (Course Offering) and click Course Admin from the course navigation bar.
2. Select Import / Export / Copy Components.
3. Choose Copy Components from another Org Unit.
4. Click Search for offering and enter the name or course code of your Master Shell.
5. Select the Master Shell from the search results and click Add Selected.
6. Click Copy All Components. Alternatively, you can select Select Components if you only want to copy specific content.
7. Wait for the copy progress indicator to confirm that the process has been completed.

Once the content has been copied successfully, you should be able to continue setting up the Course Offering as needed.
