Are there other options besides K16 to archive courses with all student data that can be restored later for accreditation purposes?

At this time, Brightspace does not have a built-in tool that can archive learner data to later be restored into the environment.
We do have an archival process using the Data Purge tool:

The archived data is held within CSV files and is unable to be brought back into the LMS for review. It would need to be reviewed outside of Brightspace.

Hi Stephen,
Our reviewers want our faculty to walk them through the actual course. The data set will not meet this requirement. I would also like to add, as politely as I can, that this was not communicated to us during our RFP process when we asked about archiving. I was just told last week at our first monthly meeting with our rep.
