How to Determine if Discussion has Feedback from Instructor via API

Question

I am trying to create a dashboard that checks a faculty's course and determines if all grade items have grades and all assessments have feedback. What would the API calls be for these? I think I know the grades, but specifically, I'm trying to find a way to pull feedback an instructor may have left for a student's discussion post.

I was talking to one of my colleagues, @Matt.W.287, who has experience working with our Brightspace API's.

He did some research but unfortunately feedback, within Discussions or Grades, does not appear in our tables to be pulled via API.
