I am working through the D2L course and I do not see a way to incorporate Activity Feed to my course shell

Please do note that some institutions provide predefined homepages and do not allow instructors to add widgets. In that case, please contact your Brightspace administrator or LMS support team. The administrator can add Activity Feed to the course homepage or make it available organization-wide.

If you don't see Activity Feed, it may not be enabled for your course. Go to Course Admin > Homepages > Edit Homepage > Add Widgets and check if Activity Feed is available. If it is, add it and save the homepage.If it's not in the list, you'll need to contact your D2L administrator or IT support, as only they can enable it for your course.
