Product Idea Exchange tool broken?

The Product Idea Exchange tool in Brightspace Community appears to be broken. When I try to use it, I am taken to a screen that reports:

Unavailable Quicklink
The External Learning Tool is not available.

Can this be fixed? I had a proposal for a feature.

Hi @Alex.J.9340,

Thank you for contacting the Brightspace Community! In most cases where PIE and D2L Academy cannot be accessed, there may be an issue with the SSO registration.

Please follow the steps in the Community FAQ to reconfigure your Community registration: https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/5459-community-faqs#i-can-t-connect-to-some-courses-in-d2l-academy-ex-pie

Once completed, you should be able to access PIE and D2L Academy the next time you log in.
